Following a site meeting with Fredrik Johansson at “The Lucky Pig” Bolsover House, Clipstone Street, we were asked to view the obsolete type of pavement light situated to the side elevation, Bolsover Street. It was noted the pavement light is of the same condition both below and at street level as that we previously tendered for replacement to the main entrance.

The underside of the pavement light has broken away in numerous places, the reinforcing steel bars have become exposed and corroded. 

The glass lens inserts are of concern, splinters of glass have been reported being present on the nightclub floor.
