• Sourcing Glass Blocks & lenses to match and replace any damaged glass blocks or lenses in walls, floors or roof lights. Our main aim is to source something like for like. With our extensive supply chain this can usually be met.
• Re sealing leaking bitumen joints around pavement lights & smoke outlet panels causing water ingress. Our skilled operatives are able to complete the nessesary repairs correctly in adequate time to ensure minimum disruption to the property putting the owners mind at rest.
• Pavement Light repairs of cracked, chipped or damaged lenses. New Age Glass provide a service to carefully remove and replace damaged pavement light glass lenses, retaining safety and security to the building.
• Replacement service for damaged Emergency Exits, Cellar Flaps or Fire Escape Hatches with or without glass block inserts to ensure smooth runnings of escape in the unfortunate event of an emergency exit.
• 6-monthly maintenance schedules to clean and maintain Fire Escape Hatches & Cellar Flaps to ensure peak operational performance when required.
• Installation of new cast iron ventilators to prevent damp and condesation in basements, allowing a free flow of fresh air without the need for additional air circulation in the rooms below.
